Gift 1: Attaining your ideal body
Human body is adaptive (evolutionary). The minute you realize this fact, attaining your ideal body becomes the limit. Here is how you can reach this limit:
Eat regularly at ever smaller portions so that you never deprive your body the energy needed. Your body adjusts to the fact that it no longer needs to store energy (fat). And guess what? You get a freebee too... Damn right... An ever smaller waist!
And another thing: Calcium is the most abundant metal in our bodies and for a damn good reason!
Please drink fresh milk. But not too much now!
Consider also proteins and vitamins, and avoid excess carbohydrates... Carbohydrates for our engines are much like fuel for our good-ol' Yukon! Ever thought of loading your Yukon with a dozen gas tanks just in case? Fact is, your body is far more efficient when it comes to fuel, for it can use protein in your body if you happen to be lost in the Sahara! Then why the hell do you want to carry a damn gram of excess fat?
Also, one might ask: What is a good source for proteins and vitamins?
Here is a tip: Suppose you're a perfect baker and you want to make the perfect French loaf! Could you do it without the yeast? Certainly not. It will not hurt to have all the spices in the world on the shelf to bake the loaf, but one cannot do without! Much like animals making our meat. They ought to feed in the range not the cage. As for vitamins, be thoughtful and be fruitful!
Gift 2: Do your generation a favor
Our bodies act immediately to adapt to our habits. For example, if you start cracking, say seeds, with your front teeth, your generation is bound to develop bigger and bigger front teeth.
Gift 3: A Sustainability Theory!
The break-even point between supply and demand of our resources is impossible to reach. If epidemics don't do it, certainly destructive wars, such as WWI and II, would repeat to prevent reaching the point.
It seems the only way for achieving human sustainability is through control by dictation.
